Some Water Undertakers require not only the initial mains application but also the completion of a further 5 forms following mains installation and service connection. We save Developers time and hassle ensuring information submitted initially is correct and time is not lost at each stage by being a single point of contact between the site and the Water Company:
On a site with one house, on average there will be over 70 points of communication,
On a site consisting 50 houses, there will be 200 points of communication,
On a site of 100 houses, nearly 500 points of communication.

Produce WIRs accredited designs if required.

Correctly complete and submit all application forms.
Obtain your quotation within agreed water industry Service Level Agreements.
Arrange pre-start meetings and agree start dates.
Liaise with you, to get you ready for your water regulation inspections.
Ensure your new connection is made on time.
Manage the process to ensure all meters are installed and accounts set up
Audit your charges, manage any refunds, and analyse cost savings
Also arrange for old water supplies to be disconnected

With 25 years’ experience, Simon is on hand to advise on current water regulations, and to ensure SLA’s set down by the Regulator are adhered to. Where necessary we act on your behalf to raise issues with Ofwat, UK Water and the Consumer Council for Water.
